By purchasing my services, you are agreeing to the following conditions.

No stealing my works or publishing as your own
Do not copy or trace my work
No use of my art for Ai purposes
Do not use my art for commercial purposes
Do not edit or rework my art in any ways unless discusses otherwise
Do not crop or remove my watermark/ signature from the image when sharing
Unless you are commissioner do not repost
For commissioners: Credit and tag me when reposting on social media, clearly stating that I am the original artist
Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to use your commission to promote myself as an artist WHILE disclosing that the work was a commission (this includes posting the art on my page with a "commission" disclaimer; using it as a commission sample)
I reserve the right to deny commissions that I’m uncomfortable to do or I personally feel I won’t do a great job on
Do not share my private information disclosed to you (bank account...)
Payment is 100% upfront. I only accept payment from Venmo, PayPal, KoFi
References must be provided!! So please provide a flat coloring reference of the character you’d like me to draw! Pose references help too! It would make my life so much easier and helps me get the commission done faster!
